Logging into the Vellumail platform (this account portal - not webmail) requires a one-time code sent to your account email in addition to your password.
After entering your password correctly, a six-digit code is emailed to your account address. Enter it on the following screen to finish logging in. Codes expire after a short time and can be resent if needed.
This two-factor step protects the account portal - where domains, mailboxes, billing, and access grants are managed - since compromising it would expose everything underneath. Webmail logins use your mailbox password directly, the same as any IMAP or JMAP mail client.
Check that your account email address is reachable and not filtering the message as spam. Contact support if codes still aren't arriving.
