Help
Any mailbox can relay a copy of its incoming mail to another email address - useful for routing a role account to a person, or keeping a copy somewhere outside Vellumail.
From webmail, go to Settings → Forwarding and enter the destination address. You can add more than one - incoming mail is relayed to every active address listed.
By default, forwarded mail is also kept in the mailbox it arrived in. Turn off "Also keep a copy of forwarded mail in this mailbox" if you'd rather this mailbox only relay mail through, without accumulating a local copy.
Each forwarding address can be toggled active/paused without deleting it, and removed entirely when no longer needed.
Forwarding happens as mail is delivered, based on where it's headed - mail routed to Junk by spam or DMARC checks isn't forwarded on, the same way it isn't rescued by filtering rules.
