Plans and billing are managed from the account portal.
The pricing page lists available plans, each covering a mailbox limit and either a shared or dedicated database:
From Account, "Manage billing" opens a secure billing portal to update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel your subscription.
Encryption at rest, DKIM/SPF/DMARC mail authentication, spam and antivirus filtering, signatures, auto-responders, shared mailboxes, email forwarding, and folder filtering rules - these aren't add-ons on top of a plan, they're part of how every mailbox works.
A failed subscription payment holds your account's mail flow (new mail is queued, not lost) until it's resolved - see Account for a banner if this applies to you. Separately, a mailbox identified as the source of spam that gets our mail servers blacklisted is automatically banned from sending and the account charged a fixed remediation fee; see Acceptable use & spam policy for how that works.
Every account shares this server's outbound IP address by default. For an extra £5.00/month, added as a line item on your existing subscription, you can get an outbound IP used only by your account - if another tenant's mail ever gets our shared IP blacklisted, your mail keeps flowing unaffected. Add or cancel it any time from Account; cancelling takes effect immediately. It only affects outbound mail - your domain's MX records and inbound mail are unchanged, and your SPF record is updated automatically to include the dedicated IP.
